  • Yes. Each artwork is an original hand-painted piece created by Lydia Beker Art unless otherwise stated.

  • Yes. I accept a limited number of commissions throughout the year.

  • The process generally includes:

  • A 50 % deposit is generally required before work begins.

  • Yes. Feedback is welcomed during agreed review stages.

    Minor adjustments can usually be accommodated. Significant changes outside the original brief may incur additional fees.

  • Because commissioned artworks are personalised, deposits will generally not be refunded once work has commenced.

  • An Animal Spirit Guide Painting is a personalised artwork created through my creative and intuitive process, inspired by symbolic animal energies and personal reflection.

  • No. Guidance about the process and requirements will be discussed before work begins. I will be intuitively guided to receive a message from one of your animal guides.

  • Yes. Animal Spirit Guide Paintings are custom artworks and are subject to the Commission Terms.

  • Yes. Afterpay and Payment plans may be available on selected original artworks over $800

    Afterpay may be selected at checkout.

    You will be required to fill out a form to enquire about Payment plans.

  • A 30% deposit is required to reserve the artwork.

    A 50% deposit would be required for a custom painting.

    The remaining balance is generally paid over a period of approximately 6–8 weeks.

  • Extensions may be considered in special circumstances and at the discretion of Lydia Beker Art. I will endeavour to reach an amicable agreement.

  • Artwork is shipped once full payment has been received.

  • Yes. Lydia Beker Art ships within Australia and internationally. For international shipping larger pieces may be rolled and shipped in a tube due to international shipping costs.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on type of artwork purchased, the destination, customs processing, and postal services. Please refer to the Shipping and Handling policy.

  • Please contact Lydia Beker Art as soon as possible and provide photographs of any damage. Appropriate solutions will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, import charges, or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser.

  • No. Change-of-mind returns are not generally accepted.

    This does not affect rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

  • Please contact Lydia Beker Art as soon as possible and provide photographs of the damage.

    Each situation will be assessed individually in accordance with applicable consumer rights and the Returns & Refund Policy.

  • No. Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright.

    Copyright remains with Lydia Beker Art unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • No. Artwork may not be reproduced, published, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
